Acceptance of Terms
- By registering and driving with OnCall Acting Driver, you agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions.
- Drivers must hold a valid driving license and follow all local traffic laws and regulations.
Driver Eligibility
- Drivers must be at least 21 years of age and medically fit to drive.
- Background verification and document submission are mandatory before activation.
Availability & Bookings
- Drivers should only accept bookings when available and capable of completing the duty.
- Last-minute cancellations should be avoided unless due to emergencies.
Payments & Earnings
- All fares will be calculated based on OnCall Acting Driver’s pricing structure.
- Drivers are required to verify completed trips in the app to ensure timely payments.
Code of Conduct
- Drivers must maintain professional behavior, politeness, and safety while interacting with customers.
- Misconduct, harassment, or fraudulent activity will lead to suspension or termination.
Liability & Insurance
- Drivers are responsible for safe driving and must ensure vehicles are in roadworthy condition.
- OnCall Acting Driver is not liable for accidents, damages, or traffic violations caused by the driver.
Termination of Services
- OnCall Acting Driver reserves the right to suspend or terminate drivers for violation of terms.
- Repeated complaints, unsafe driving, or policy breaches may result in permanent removal.
