Oncall Acting Driver

This Payment Policy governs all payments made on the Oncall Acting Driver platform.

1. LEGAL OWNERSHIP
  • Oncall Acting Drivers is a platform owned and operated by The E2o Technologies Private Limited, India.
  • All payments made on the platform are collected in favour of The E2o Technologies Private Limited through authorized payment gateways, including Razorpay.
2. ACCEPTED PAYMENT METHODS
  • UPI
  • Debit Cards / Credit Cards
  • Net Banking
  • Wallets (as supported by the payment gateway)
3. PRICING & CHARGES
  • Service charges, registration fees, or subscription amounts are displayed prior to payment.
  • Pricing may vary based on service type, duration, location, urgency, or late-night usage.
  • Applicable taxes and payment gateway charges (if any) will be shown at checkout.
4. ADVANCE & POST-SERVICE PAYMENTS
  • Certain services require advance payment.
  • Additional charges such as overtime or extended usage (if applicable) must be settled immediately after service completion.
5. PAYMENT CONFIRMATION & FAILURES
  • Successful payments generate an automated receipt or invoice.
  • In case of failed transactions where the amount is debited, the bank or payment provider will reverse the amount within 5–7 working days.
6. REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS
  • Refunds and cancellations are governed strictly by the Refund & Cancellation Policy published on the platform.
  • Approved refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
7. DISPUTES & CHARGEBACKS
  • Payment disputes or chargebacks must be reported immediately to customer support.
  • The Company reserves the right to suspend services in cases of fraudulent or disputed transactions.
