Oncall Acting Drivers

Oncall Acting Drivers is a digital service facilitation platform. This Shipping / Service Delivery Policy explains how services are booked, confirmed, delivered, and completed through our platform.

1. SERVICE BOOKING & CONFIRMATION

Clients may book driver leads or submit service requests through:

  • Our website
  • Mobile application
  • Customer support phone calls
  • Authorized partners

Upon successful booking or registration, a confirmation will be provided via SMS, email, or phone call, which may include:

  • Driver lead or contact details (where applicable)
  • Scheduled pickup time and location
  • Service duration and applicable charges

A booking shall be considered valid only after confirmation from Oncall Acting Drivers.

2. SERVICE FULFILLMENT & DELIVERY TIMELINE
  • Services are deemed digitally delivered once the driver lead information is successfully shared with the Client.
  • Drivers operate as independent service providers and coordinate directly with the Client for trip execution.
  • While we aim for timely and accurate service delivery, delays may occur due to network issues, driver availability, or technical constraints.
  • Clients will be informed promptly in case of any such delays.
3. SERVICE COVERAGE AREA
  • Oncall Acting Drivers operate in select cities, towns, and service zones.
  • Bookings outside our operational coverage may be declined or fulfilled subject to availability.
  • Clients are advised to confirm service availability in their location prior to booking.
4. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES

Clients are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate pickup location, trip details, and contact information.
  • Ensuring the vehicle used for the trip is legally compliant, roadworthy, and properly insured.
  • Coordinating directly with the assigned driver once lead details are shared.

Oncall Acting Drivers shall not be responsible for issues arising from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the Client.

5. SERVICE MODIFICATIONS & DELAYS
  • Requests for changes to pickup time, location, or trip details must be communicated to customer support prior to service commencement and are subject to driver availability.
  • In case of driver unavailability or cancellation, Oncall Acting Drivers will attempt to provide an alternative driver lead or assist with rescheduling, subject to availability.
6. COMPLETION OF SERVICE
  • The platform’s service obligation is fulfilled once the driver lead is shared and booking confirmation is completed.
  • Any additional hours, trips, or services arranged directly between the Client and the Driver beyond the original booking are outside the scope of the platform and must be mutually agreed upon.
7. NON-DELIVERY OF SERVICE
  • If the Client is unavailable at the pickup location (No-Show), the service shall be treated as delivered and no refund will be applicable.
  • If Oncall Acting Drivers is unable to provide a driver lead due to operational or technical issues, the Client will be eligible for a full refund or an alternative arrangement at no additional cost.
8. NO PHYSICAL SHIPPING OR DELIVERY
  • Oncall Acting Drivers provides digital services only.
  • There are no physical goods, shipping, handling, or delivery charges involved.
  • All payments made on the platform, including registration fees or portal maintenance charges, are strictly for digital access and service facilitation, not for any physical product.
