REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

Oncall Acting Driver

At Oncall Acting Driver, we strive to provide reliable, transparent, and fair services to our customers. This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which cancellations and refunds are processed.

1. CANCELLATION BY CUSTOMER
1.1 Free Cancellation
  • Customers may cancel a confirmed booking at least 2 hours prior to the scheduled service time without any cancellation charges.
1.2 Late Cancellation
  • Cancellations made less than 2 hours before the scheduled service time will attract a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the booking amount.
1.3 No-Show
  • If the driver arrives at the pickup location and the customer fails to appear or cannot be contacted, the booking will be treated as a no-show, and 100% of the booking amount will be charged.
2. CANCELLATION BY ONCALL ACTING DRIVER
  • In the event that Oncall Acting Driver is unable to provide a driver due to unforeseen or operational reasons, the customer will be eligible for a 100% refund of any advance payment made for that booking.
3. REFUND PROCESS
  • All eligible refunds will be processed to the original payment method used at the time of booking.
  • Refunds are typically completed within 5–7 business days, subject to bank or payment gateway processing timelines.
  • Payment gateway or transaction charges, if applicable, are non-refundable.
4. NON-REFUNDABLE SITUATIONS

Refunds will not be applicable in the following cases:

  • Services that have already been completed.
  • Incorrect, incomplete, or misleading details provided by the customer.
  • Delays or service impact caused by traffic conditions, weather, road closures, or other circumstances beyond reasonable control.
  • Misconduct or violation of platform terms by the customer.
5. POLICY DISCRETION

Oncall Acting Driver reserves the right to:

  • Review each refund request on a case-by-case basis.
  • Modify or update this policy at any time, with changes effective upon publication on the website.
