Refund Policy

At OnCall Acting Driver, we are committed to ensuring fair and transparent policies for cancellations and refunds. Please review the details below:

Ride Cancellation
  • Customers may cancel a driver booking within 30 minutes of confirmation without charges.
  • If the driver has already started towards the pickup location, a cancellation fee may apply.
  • Cancellations must be done through the OnCall Acting Driver app.
Non-Cancellable Bookings
  • Long-distance and hourly bookings cannot be canceled once the driver has started the trip.
  • Premium driver requests and advance-scheduled bookings are non-refundable after confirmation.
  • Special event/holiday bookings are non-cancellable once assigned.
Refund Conditions
  • Refunds will be processed if a booking is canceled by OnCall Acting Driver due to unavailability.
  • If the assigned driver does not arrive or cancels last-minute, a full refund will be issued.
  • Partial refunds may apply if services are only partially completed.
Refund Timeline
  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
  • Delays may occur due to bank or payment gateway policies.
  • Refund status can be tracked through the OnCall Acting Driver support team.
Special Cases
  • Refunds will not be granted if the customer provides incorrect pickup details.
  • No refunds for misconduct, policy violations, or breach of booking terms.
  • Force majeure events (traffic restrictions, natural disasters) may affect refund eligibility.
